Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not offer International Shipping, We're working on it!


How much is shipping?

It depends on your location and what you order but after 50$ we offer free shipping!


How long before I can receive my order?

Kindly wait for processing (Usually 24-48 hours) and expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.

How can I check the status of my order?

Check the “track your order” page.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at aureliusbeard@gmail.com. Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s.


I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?

Please contact aureliusbeard@gmail.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.


I put the wrong email address on my order, please help!

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Aurelius MEN + CARE will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

What's the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
